Homestyle, hotel standard. The house is on good location, each bedroom with Aircon and center gas heater. 5 mins walking to the barwon river. And it takes 4mins drive to the shoping center with wws and more shop. Large parking area in side yard , it is easy to drive in and out. 200meters to bus stop to Geelong city or 5 mins drive your car. it is very good place for making holiday in geelong for whole family Please inquiry first if booking during Christmas, Easter holiday and new year holiday.

Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

Many living areas, you’ll always find a perfect nook, no matter the weather. There’s a fireplace indoors and also a fire pit outside. Just over the road is the bike/ walking path taking you along the Barwon River. The house is only a short ride to Hitchcock Ave -the main shopping strip. Easily walkable too.
