Hi, Salut, Ciao, Hola! Newly bought and refurbished bay-side home shaded by 2 splendid Japanese Maples! Bright and cheerful and only a few blocks from the Leonardo marina and beach and minutes from the Seatreak ferry going in and out of NYC and beyond. You have your own floor, complete with bedroom, big living room and full bathroom, and may use the kitchen and back yard. I speak French, Italian and Spanish so all nationalities welcome! 10% use and occupancy tax to be paid upon arrival please.

Centrally located newly renovated townhouse is a perfect getaway. Open first floor w/ a spacious living room (sofa bed), flat screen TV, dinning room & EIK. Kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher & refrigerator, and a full bath w/stall shower completes the first floor. The second floor has one bedroom w/ full bed & queen day bed, large closet, dressers & flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a queen bed w/ flat screen TV, large closet, dressers. Small front patio that includes a table & gas grill.

Spacious bedroom with private bath in a remodeled cottage, close to Navesink River and the beaches. You share the common areas with us, so you may see us sometimes or when we are needed. The area is surrounded by parks and marinas, with easy access from/to NYC (5-min drive to ferry terminal and 10-min drive to train station). Walk the boardwalk of Pier Village, a beach day at Sandy Hook, fine dining in Sea Bright/Red Bank. Good for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers.

Pull out sofa in living room. Also a twin daybed on the back sleeping porch.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath (sleeps 10) rental has a family room, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, serving ware and much more) with stainless appliances and granite counter tops.

The Library Room, Little Farm at the Shore

Enjoy an old-fashioned stately home (think Downton Abbey but relaxed) convenient to beaches, Pier Village/shopping, Monmouth Park Race Track, Red Bank, music & theater, and train station. Imagine your grandmother's house at the shore, full of friends and relations visiting for the summer, coupled with a mini-farm with apple tree seedlings and a veggie garden, blueberry bushes and fresh herbs, and some sweet housepets!

Beautiful bright three bedroom house ideally located on quiet Pelican Island. Enjoy sunrises on the ocean and sunsets on the bay! Water views from the living room and kitchen. Plenty of free parking with no meters or street cleaners to worry about. The boardwalk, amusements, Island Beach State Park, great restaurants and bars are all minutes away. Front door to ocean sand is one mile.

Beautiful house a few feet from the bay and one block away from the beach. A mile from Island Beach State Park, this location is centrally located in Seaside Park, close to shopping and restaurants. Massive house gives you a view of the bay and can comfortably fit up to 10 guests. This property was just purchased and therefore is still a work in progress- the price reflects that.

Manasquan Beach is a quaint seashore destination. My beach rental is located directly across from the oceanfront homes . Close to Sea Watch Beach and the quiet North End of the beachfront. The house is comfortable, relaxing and convenient . Literally stroll off the beach for lunch or just take a break from the sun and leave your chair & towels on the beach.

Includes air beds, linens, lanterns, tables, rug and vintage decor, seating. Please not due to COVID 19 the linens and some other things that need to be sanitized will NOT be included. Thank you
