Fully Renovated and situated on a 75ft Oceanfront lot, this house is perfect for a tranquil and low maintenance family getaway. Amenities include a spacious fenced in yard, private beach access, outdoor patio and covered gazebo. Boasts ample parking and open entertainment areas as well. Only a 3 minute bike ride from town center. Enjoy a simple slice of paradise!

PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Welcome to our little slice of heaven! Our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has everything to make your stay a memorable one. Nearly every room has an expansive view of Saucepan Creek. Looking to the left, you can even see the Intracoastal waterway. Bring your boat and tie off to the floating dock (boat launch is a short 4 minute drive). Crabbing & fishing galore off the dock! Don't forget your binoculars to observe different the waterfowl that live in the marshes beyond.
