PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Closest 3 bedroom to the beach in our development only 150 steps to private entrance. Our home is a 3 bed 2 bath fully renovated condo. . Property has 3 pools 2 tennis/Pickle Ball Courts, a kayak launch and golf carts are allowed. Private Parking under unit with 2 spots. Guest parking also on site. A short stroll down the beach to the newly opened oceanfront bar/restaurant Le Volte. This private setting is removed from the traffic of first street. No Pets! Sat to Sat rental in season.
