Welcome to the East End Cottage! Here you will enjoy a family friendly home, super close to the beach, and a PRIVATE pool to relax with family and/or friends. Pool is able to be heated in the spring and fall for a daily fee. Fabulous 2nd row location with ocean views and directly across from the beach access. Once inside you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy your time at the beach; beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, and a Bluetooth speaker are included with your stay!

The Alma House is a lovely 4br/3ba Beachfront cottage that was home to the founders of OIB, Odell and Virginia "Alma" Williamson. Fully Renovated and situated on a 75ft Oceanfront lot, this house is perfect for a tranquil and low maintenance family getaway. Amenities include a spacious fenced in yard, private beach access, outdoor patio and covered gazebo. Boasts ample parking and open entertainment areas as well. Only a 3 minute bike ride from town center. Enjoy a simple slice of paradise!

(Linens/towels NOT provided) Luggage elevator(no people), open floor plan, stocked kitchen. Large deck space overlooking the canal with boat dock. Short walk (10 min.) to the beach access or rent the 4 seater golf cart. Great for families with kids. Booking guest needs to be minimum age of 25 and present on the property during stay.
