Fully functioning kitchen. Spacious bathroom & shower. We provide TV and internet in the unit. We have 2 on-site restuarants, market, theater, and parking. Our AIRBNB village consists of 2 tiny houses, 2 cottages, tent sites, a loft appartment, and more! Staying at Good Earth is more than a beach trip!

Approximately 1 mile to the beach. 10 minute bike ride - bring your own or borrow one of our old beloveds. Beach chairs for use in downstairs shed- just BYO beach towels! Quiet cottage with accomodation for 6 - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, outdoor shower, grill, patio, and screened in porch. Hardwood floors throughout. Parking for 3 cars. Dog friendly.

Come enjoy Bethany Beach which is only 4 miles away, in addition to several other surrounding beaches. Our home is a spacious 5 bedroom 3 Bath home located in Bishop’s Landing. It is furnished to sleep up to 12 people comfortably. The house is located across the street from the community clubhouse, pool and playground. The neighborhood offers 3 outdoor pools (Seasonal), 2 clubhouses with workout facilities, tennis, pool table, ping pong, nature trails, picnic tables, fire pits and more.

Quiet 3BR Coastal Home Minutes to Bethany Beach

Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a charming residential neighborhood, this inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath, single-level home is a perfect coastal retreat—just 1.5 miles from Bethany Beach and the iconic boardwalk. Relax away from the crowds, then head into town in minutes for beach days, dining, shopping, and evening strolls. This home offers comfort, convenience, and a true beach-town feel. We include use of a Delaware State Park pass, giving you free access to state park beaches.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Back yard is shared with other guest and has several sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach chairs available. TY.

Unit 6302 at Bethany Bay is a 2 BR, 2 Bath, ground floor unit with panoramic views of the waterways and Indian River Bay. Sleeps 4. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fireplace, community outdoor pool, jogging/hiking path, 9 hole golf course. NON-SMOKING UNIT. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.
