Our home sits on the ocean with access to some of the best snorkeling and swimming on the island. Nearby is a hidden black sand beach gem called Honomalino Bay. We are 5 minutes from a County Beach Park with a Pavilion and little sandy beaches. a 1 minute walk brings you to our safe private neighborhood swimming access. Our home is your home while you are there. We have a great location which puts you just about midway to explore both sides of the Island. Our reviews simply say it all !

The Mango Tiny House

This brand new tiny house was build around our mango tree with AC. Only 7 minutes from the airport, and a short 15 minutes to downtown Kailua. It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. Things to know: We live on property in the main house You cannot fully stand up in the bedroom loft, it’s 5ft high The house is close to a road, it's fully insulated with double windows but you might hear cars and road sounds. SuGar Cottage in Papa Bay. Free Scuba Diving!

Located in Papa Bay on a three acre parcel in south Kona. Plenty of privacy in a lush Hawaiian setting. Cool breezes at a 1,000 foot elevation. If you are a scuba diver, we take you out on shore dives. We provide tanks and weights. If you want to snorkel, we can give you a tour of places to snorkel. All of our services are free for our guests. Our location in southern Kona makes it convenient to visit the Volcano National Park, Green Sand Beach, Black Sand Beach and other local attractions.

Main Hale on Ohia Malu Sanctuary in South Kona

We are on the South side of Kona, nestled on a 5 acre retreat. Most of the 5 acres have an Ohia forest with native birds singing. We are close to great beaches, snorkeling, (Best Snorkeling on the Island) kayaking, paddle boarding, hikes, coffee shops, restaurants, and much more. This is the newly built big Studio, 500sqft, in the forest cover, 6 minutes drive from Hawaii National Volcano Park, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. It is a luxury dwelling place specially built for high-level tourists, spacious, bright, quiet, safe and convenient. Tips: there is a new big refrigerator, but the ice maker and water dispenser doesn’t work, all other functions.

Dee's Off Grid Cottage on Small Farm, Ocean Views

Experience off grid living! Originally, a coffee shack from Holualoa, a tiny house but it has a full kitchen, a full-size frig, lots of cupboards, and 5 burner cook top. The bedroom has a queen sized comfy mattress, a futon couch/bed for extra guests. Enjoy meals outdoors on a screened in lanai with fabulous ocean views. The property has many fruit and mac nut trees. It is a peaceful place to get away from it all. Renting a car is highly recommended.
