Or take a 3 minute drive to experience all that downtown has to offer.

Close to town but .08 miles off the highway and feels like country. Two story property offers ensuite bedrooms upstairs and down . Pool and deck overlooking the pond . View the sunrise from the Upstairs screened balcony . Private setting on 1+ acre lot, but close to restaurants and quaint shops! Not suitable for kids or pets.

Caroline’s cottage is located on Gin Creek plantation and RoseMott Vineyards. Steps away from your cottage is our Packhouse Tasting Room where you can enjoy sitting under our 300 year old Oak tree. Also enjoy long walks around our vineyard and wedding venue property. There are two large ponds for you to enjoy as well!

Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio.
