Whether you are looking for a waterside retreat or a fun filled vacation, The Welcome Wagon is sure to fit the bill! Unfortunately, host fees are increasing from 3% to 15.5% on 9/15/26 so pricing on this platform will reflect that increase. Lovely, relaxing & secluded river house. Perfect for a family getaway. Relax & unwind in our recently renovated, mid-century modern inspired home. If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.
