Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

A few minutes from the canyons, hiking, mountain biking, downtown Ogden, weber state, snow basin, power mountain, Nordic Valley + pineview reservoir! Named the botanical bungalow for all the plants inside in out- you can dine under lights on the outdoor entertainment space, stroll to the local neighborhood coffee shop, and feel right at home. We strive to make this the best experience for you with extra amenities and comfort in mind!

Skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking-- Ogden, UT has it all. Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Enjoy a relaxing visit to Utah or a little staycation at this cozy home in peaceful Clearfield. Featuring 2 queen bedrooms and a bathroom with an open concept kitchen and living room. Relax by the firepit in the backyard or enjoy a meal on the back patio. Enjoy coffee at the coffee bar and relax by the fireplace. The area offers plenty of options for hiking and there are several ski areas between a 30-60 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in just a short drive!

A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room.
