Hi there! Welcome to my meticulously maintained condo in one of South Ogden’s best neighborhoods. I raised my son here from 2021-2024 before moving to a single family home down the street. You’ll have access to the entire three-level condo. This includes two spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workout/yoga room with a treadmill, living/TV room, and laundry room (detergent included). My home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and work.

Lakeside Mountain Condo

This townhouse is the perfect year-round getaway. It’s situated on the shores of Pineview Lake for summer fun and just a 10 min drive to SnowBasin or 20 min to Powder Mountain for skiing, mountain biking or hiking. After a day of fun on the lake or enjoying the powder, relax on the deck in the private hot tub and enjoy the stunning views. Two bedroom, two bath, pull-out sofa bed. Access to resort pool and clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts. Two minute walk to the beach.

Cozy Farmington Loft

Welcome to gorgeous Farmington! This rental is spacious, family friendly and has amazing views of the Wasatch mountains. You will love this beautiful, quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets. Here you are centrally located to many adventures Northern Utah has to offer. Enjoy local fun such as Lagoon Amusement Park (5 min drive), Station Park (4 min drive) and Cherry Hill (9 min drive) or take a short drive to countless hiking trails, ski resorts or downtown SLC.

The town of Eden offers a grocery store (Valley Market) to stock up on your needs for home cooked meals. There are also several local restaurants nearby for a easy dinner out.

Mountain Valley Retreat

Mountain Valley Retreat is great for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy year-round sports. After a full day of skiing, biking, golfing, or hiking, enjoy the community hot tub (open) or pool (open Memorial Day weekend). The one-bedroom unit is located on the ground floor, offering mountain views. Wi-Fi, Direct TV, and Blu-ray are available. There is plenty of uncovered parking. Nearby Ogden city boasts the third-best Main Street in America (historic 25th Street)!

Come relax in this quaint town at our condo. It is a great spot to visit for the winter ski season. It's also next to a Pineview Resevoir which a lot of people go to during the summer. Ideal for a small family or group. You will be granted access to the outdoor pool (summer season), a year-round outdoor hot tub, a dry sauna, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course, and a clubhouse within the vicinity!
