We have a lower level private space for our guests with 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, bathroom, desk area, laundry, kitchenette, dining area, family room with tv area , foosball, Infinity game table, and lots of board games . This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

Country Farmhouse close to recreational activities

Our home is a 1950's, single level farm house in a country setting. We are located close to restaurants and shopping. Bikers/walkers/runners use the road we live on quite frequently. The apartment is on the east side of our home, we live in the west end and is separated by a double door. It has a private entrance. Trains and military planes are nearby and can be loud at times. We are following and using CDC approved protocol and cleaning solutions. There are outside cameras for your safety.

Twenty years at Powder Mountain back ground as well .We have intimate knowledge of the surrounding area to recreate! Do yourself a favor, come for some needed R&R in a mountain setting!

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
