A Stones Throw is located just back from Shore Rd. close to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. This home offers parking for 4 cars,.Spacious kitchen and dining area, large living room with plenty of seats to relax, the Bedrooms include 2 on first level and . The 3rd and 4th bedroom are in an open space and can provide privacy by use of a curtain. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are steep and may not be appropriate for smaller children. The yard is private and provides outdoor dining.

The Edgewater cottage is available from Mid-May through Mid- October. A Beautiful 2 bedroom fully equipped cottage in Wells Maine (Edgewater) Queen bed in the master, dual twin trundle bed in the second BR, pull out sofa in LR, fully equipped kitchen, Heat and AC, WIFI, TV, gas grill, fire pit, private quiet lane with plenty of parking, 1/2 mile from the ocean/beach, the trolley picks up next door 100 yds. away. (bed sheets, pillow cases, wash cloths and bath towels not provided)

Enjoy peace and tranquility on your private back deck, the amazing salt water hot tub (exclusively use) new sauna, heated seasonal outdoor shower, deep bathtub (showering is tricky for people taller then 5'5)with bluetooth speaker.Comfortable king size bed with European bedding and a single fold out foam mattress on the 1st floor, that was just finished as another relax area, with 70" TV, record player, hammock & hanging chair.
