Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

Downtown Bellefontaine is only ten minutes away with lots to offer such as, great eateries, one-of-a-kind shops and boutiques.

Just 300 yards from mountain bike trails and Oma's Meadow Ski Lift. Free wifi, 55-inch smart TV, electric fireplace, loft bedroom with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, equipped kitchen, and amenity fob to access the clubhouse’s pool and hot tub. Make Sugar Mountain your quick getaway destination. Be sure to use a parking pass during your stay (provided). Snow chains or 4x4 required during heavy snow conditions.

Parking at top of paved drive may be necessary for rear-wheel drive cars during inclement weather.
