I came to Gifu in 2018, I think it was it’s unpretentiousness that attracted me . The people here seem relaxed and easy going, hospitable and very much in love with their hometown which in the Gifu park area retains much of the (Kyoto like) feeling of traditional Japan with it’s castle and a host of well maintained shrines. I don't think many people have heard of Gifu, even Japanese people, inspite of the Great heritage sights like Shirakawago, beautiful mountains and clear water rivers!

we have 2 buildings and one of them, you can use as you like. Sekigahara town is famous as a battlefield town. our house is in the area. so it's easy to do sightseeing. you can walk to Sekigahara station, it takes about 13min. Huge parking area is available. If you want to check in late, please ask us.
