Base Camp 49

Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Alpine Woods cabin close to trails, ski in/out

Walk to the Methow Valley Community Trail along the river and suspension bridge or choose the best trails for you within a short drive. The property features a long driveway set back in the woods for a private feel. 2 bedroom, 2 full bath cabin features an open floor plan with high ceilings and home entertainment system. Plowed flat roads make for easy access in winter. Close to the Methow Valley and North Cascade Trails - 3.5 miles from the Mazama store and 11 miles to downtown Winthrop.

Mazama Unplugged

This cozy modern cabin is in the heart of Mazama just 6 miles from the Mazama store and minutes from hiking and ski trails. The cabin is NOT a secluded cabin in the woods as you can see other houses around you and it is close to Lost River Road. But the road ends just north of the cabin and it is the "end of line" for Mazama and the Methow Valley, so the area remains fairly quiet. **PLEASE SEE NOTES BELOW regarding Smoke & Fire Season during the Summer. and location of second bedroom.

Nestled between Tonasket and Republic, we welcome visitors to our beautiful and well appointed efficiency apartment with kitchenette. We love the area and are eager to share the hidden gems that abound here. We are happy to recommend rides or day drives in the region as well as other adventure advice for our area. Minutes to Mazama and 10 mins to Winthrop. EV charger J1772 You will be surrounded by hundreds of miles of XC trails, biking, hiking trails, beautiful lakes and rivers. Easy flat winter access. Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Artemisia: A Zero-Energy Home- Walk to Town

This light-filled home is the perfect escape. Artemisia is within walking distance of the cafes, restaurants, and shopping of Winthrop but feels miles away. After an active day of skiing, hiking, fly fishing, or just relaxing, you can kick back and take in the expansive views of Mount Gardner. Have dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants or stay in and take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen with induction range. It's a peaceful, laid-back gathering place.

Sunny Pines cabin on Fawn Creek

Relaxing and cozy cabin in the middle of the woods has all the comforts of home. Sit by the fire and watch the snow fall after a day skiing or plan your next day's hike while you sit out on the deck listening to the rushing creek. This 3-bedroom cabin has two bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs decks and a river-rock gas fireplace.
