Wonderful Apartment with private yard next to MSU

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Very well organized and clean with great sunlight in every room. 1 Queen bed 2Twin beds Fenced in yard 3 Car driveway Washer and dryer Pet Friendly Full kitchen Full office desk The bathroom is fully loaded with clean towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. The kitchen has a coffee and keurig machine. Also included in the kitchen are multiple utensils, pans, plates, cups and coffee mugs (also multiple cleaning supplies). Extra bed sheets, blankets and pillows.

Our long-awaited guest space in the LOWER LEVEL ( as in basement!) . There is a Living room, bedroom, bathroom w shower, a small kitchen with sink and small appliances. Decor is kept in clean and earthy colors. The entry is semi-private from Garage. Guests will enter through the garage into the home and then immediately find the access door to the basement. Reiki -and esthetician services are available in-house upon appointment. Stand-by Generator keeps us going throughout power-outages

Get away to the quiet of a lake and all that nature has to offer! Enjoy an amazing panoramic view of Little Pleasant Lake while soaking in a steaming hot tub in complete isolation. Fishing is possible year round (bring your own pole). Hike the miles of area trails in fall leaves or quiet snow. Light a bonfire after games of corn-hole and table tennis. Unwind on the upstairs balcony after dark and drink in the sounds of the lake and woods. This is the escape you’ve been needing.

Cute basement apartment; walk to MSU & Frandor

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
