The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (1 mile north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. Kayaks are stored on the side wall of Wren for our collective guests to enjoy. The stairs for lake access are immediately behind the deck and available for use by all eight cabins.

Enjoy the firepit and outdoor shower. Kayaks are included. You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common. Mushroom foraging in the spring. Please read all listing information and photos. The hosts live on the property, but your privacy is priority. Higher clearance vehicles are suggested.

There is a barn for horse lovers (vaccination records will need to be provided) if you would like to bring them as well. We are just 6 minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness and 6 minutes from Ardmore for restaurants and shopping.

Curly’s Cabin

This single room log cabin overlooks our 35-acre lake and includes an outdoor fire pit, small deck with rocking chairs, indoor fireplace, efficiency kitchen with oven and petite fridge, AND A NEW WATER HEATING SYSTEM!!!!! This cabin is 30-yards from our conference and event center. If we have an event, you will likely see and hear guests and staff coming and going.
