The pool is heated & very large 40sqm. You can enjoy BBQ and the very large sun bathing terrace with dining table and sun loungers . You can relax by the pool or on many terraces in the house enjoying seaviews and sunsets. There is a gym, pool table and sound system. All bedrooms including living rooms have AC.

The old stone house, completely renovated, is located in the center of the island of Ciovo , near the town Trogir. The ground floor has a kitchen with a living room, and upstairs is a room with a bathroom. In front of the house is a place for rest and barbecue. Nearby is a church, playground, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria and coffee place. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has secured parking. One is called Coppacabana by the locals, where you'll find many Chiringuitos and a pebble beach. The other is on the back side of the island, with rocks and cliffs from which you can jump directly into the crystal-clear water.
