Welcome to our charming cottage located on a tranquil lane in Rutland. Just a quick 5-min drive from Rutland Water, this 17th-century cottage is a picture-perfect gem that has undergone a refurbishment. The thatched roof adds to its undeniable charm. Step inside and be greeted by original features like low ceilings, doorways and exposed beams, creating an authentic atmosphere. In the middle of nowhere but only 8 miles from Boston town, 12 miles from Skegness Beach and 3 miles from the sea/coast boasting award winning RSPB nature reserves and marshes. 28 cabins on a 3 acre lake. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Hunny Hideaway, dog friendly haven by the sea

Please Note: We are unable to accommodate check-ins/outs on 25, 26 & 27 December. Hunny Hideaway is our gorgeous 3 bedroomed holiday home by the sea. Set over 3 floors with living area and balcony on the top floor making it the perfect place to enjoy the views. We are pet friendly so your dog(s) can enjoy Hunstanton, its gorgeous beaches and walks too. There are plenty of great beaches to visit within a short drive and lots of other sea-side towns and villages that are well worth a visit.

Pet Friendly Hot Tub Lodge

This pet-friendly lodge is set in our tranquil woodland with lake views. It features a private patio with a hot tub and BBQ area and an open-plan living area that includes a lounge with Smart TV, a kitchen, and a dining space for six. Three bedrooms: two king-size rooms with en-suites and a twin room that can convert to a super-king-size. Plus extra shower room. Pets are welcome, with woodland trails and open spaces nearby. Additional amenities include an on-site gym and a coffee lounge.

Kick back and relax in this bright and airy space. Situated on a quiet park with a pub, arcade and laundromat on site. A 5 minute walk to beautiful Mablethorpe beach. One bedroom with a comfy sofa bed in the lounge. Well equipped separate kitchen and dining room table for 4. Balcony with patio furniture. FREE PARKING and WI-FI for guests. Duvets and pillows are provided, bed linen can be provided for an extra charge. PAYG Electric can be topped up at the shop with the card provided.

Puddle Cottage is a traditional, character stone cottage built in the 1800’s in the heart of Edith Weston, a popular Rutland village and walking distance to the South shore of Rutland Water. With one large bedroom which can offer a super king sized bed, or two full size single beds, the cottage can sleep two comfortably. We are proud that the cottage holds a 4 star rating and a prestigious ROSE Award (Recognition of Service Excellence) by Visit England for self-catering accommodation.
