This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

This kayakers paradise is a waterfront home secluded on 2.5 wooded acres along the Mystic River. Views of the water, tidal marsh, woods, and wildlife are constantly changing. Owned by two designers, this home’s modern aesthetic has interesting art, objects, furniture, lighting & textiles. Dine & relax on the porch, paddle kayaks on the river, walk on the scenic road into downtown Mystic, or visit nearby beaches and family destinations.

Great location- 1 mile to the beach, 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants, and less than a 1/4 mile to a park! The house is set back from the road with a good size driveway. The inside is newly renovated and we are working to finish the yard area for the summer! The house has WiFi, large yard, and a great front porch that gets a ton of sun. We’ve made great memories there over the years and are now looking to share it with others!
