We have 4 Bedrooms that can accomadate 8 people,pull out couch,2 bathrooms, a Dining Room,Kitchen, and Spacious Living room.Our Yard is fenced in for your privacy & pets.Our home comes with many ammenities such as movies,games,kayaks, Clamming &Crabbing tools,Bikes,Floats & Beach Chairs.We have a beautiful backyard to enjoy games,barbecue or just to relax & unwind.Enjoy our beautiful & quaint beach

Great little place just for a couple

The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private-,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. Cozy Cape Escape - Walk to Downtown Mystic

Just over half a mile to Downtown Mystic, we are close to the action but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. We are pet friendly, offer private parking, and a large fenced in yard. Whether you want to explore what this area has to offer or simply stay home, sit back, and listen to the birds, this place has it all! Fully furnished with towels, linens, WiFi, cookware, and access to Netflix and a PlayStation 4. The hosts are local and are happy to provide assistance or suggestions.

3 bedroom house on a quiet street. 5mins down the road from ESPN and Lake Compounce. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Workspace available. 1 bedroom w/ king bed. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. Fully finished basement with 60inch TV, kids toys and fitness equipment/stationary bike. Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.
