Sit on the porch and watch sailboat races from Niantic Bay Yacht Club just steps away. Close to downtown Niantic with restaurants, shops, etc. 18 miles from Mohegan Sun Casino. Attractions within 1/2 hour: Beautiful Mystic, CT, several vineyards, Harkness State Park, Eugene O'Neill Theatre, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, golf courses.

New! “LaBoDee”

“LaBoDee”, a fun play on the word abode, house, is a tiny cottage located central to CT’s unique shoreline communities, just off I95. “LaBoDee” is one room with a fully equipped kitchenette, ready for those who would like to stay awhile. “LaBoDee” is on a property contiguous to a state forest (a trail is right outside the door) yet within walking distance is a delicious deli, market, gas station, pizza, a lake, and close by is the beach. A local restaurant has day passes for their beach- $20!!

Seasonal Beach Cottage

Come enjoy this seasonal cottage that is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful and private Old Colony Beach. Great for families or if you just want an adults-only trip. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably with three bedrooms (queen, queen, full/twin bunk bed in different rooms). Pull-out queen-sized sofa bed in living room. Air conditioners in every bedroom and the main living space (during Summer). There is no heat. Outdoor shower. Kitchen comes with a coffee maker, dishwasher. Pest prevention system.

Located in stunning historic mansion (location of film "Christmas at Pemberley Manor" 2018). Sorry - no pets, it will not work with our own pets. Guests must be 21 plus.
