A little cabin on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

“LaBoDee”, a fun play on the word abode, house, is a tiny cottage located central to CT’s unique shoreline communities, just off I95. “LaBoDee” is one room with a fully equipped kitchenette, ready for those who would like to stay awhile. “LaBoDee” is on a property contiguous to a state forest (a trail is right outside the door) yet within walking distance is a delicious deli, market, gas station, pizza, a lake, and close by is the beach. A local restaurant has day passes for their beach- $20!!

Living room, dining room, sitting area, and kitchen on mid level. Three bedrooms & 2 full bath on top level. WI-Fi, linens, coffee, water provided. Fenced in back yard with gas grill. Close to casinos, charter fishing, Essex steam train, Mystic Aquarium & Seaport, and Newport (1 Hr). Walk Niantic Bay Boardwalk or Old Black Point.

3rd floor apartment in Ludington House, a historic home centrally located in the charming village of Old Lyme. 3 bedrooms (2 queen, and one with two twin beds/trundle), 2 full bathrooms. Close to restaurants, beaches, art galleries and museum. Please do not book for a group that does not include yourself. Person booking the apartment must be one of the guests staying. We do not allow guests that are not part of the reservation to visit the property during your stay. No loud late nights.

Beautiful beachfront home available weekly in season (6/20/26-9/5/26) and nightly (2 night min.) off season. Step out the door and into the sand. Sit on the porch and watch sailboat races from Niantic Bay Yacht Club just steps away. Close to downtown Niantic with restaurants, shops, movie theatre, etc. 18 miles from Mohegan Sun Casino. Attractions within 1/2 hour: Beautiful Mystic, CT, several vineyards, Harkness State Park, Eugene O'Neill Theatre, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, golf courses.

We are less than a mile from Saybrook Point Inn and Spa, and 10 minutes to Water's Edge Resort and Spa.
