Adventure Awaits—Gorgeous Townhouse Close to Disney Parks

This place will quickly become your new home away from home! Not only does it have an epic location surrounded with dining and shopping options, but there is plenty to do at home too! We are located directly across from the clubhouse which has a beautiful pool and spa, and a gym. There is lovely pond with a bbq area as well. In the home, we have provided some games for the whole family to enjoy and even towels for the pool for your convenience. In a vacation home, we value comfort and precious time with family and friends, so we tried our best to create an environment built around those values for our guests to enjoy. We have recently renovated the property and have all brand new mattresses for your comfort and beauty sleep! The property has a master upstairs and downstairs so it is perfect for multiple families or those who dont do well with stairs. Tv's are provided in the two master bedrooms and in the living room so you can kick back and relax! As guests at Adventure Awaits, you have access to the entire property including a laundry room, full kitchen, and all the clubhouse amenities! This home also boasts 3 full bathrooms! Yes, 3! There is a large living and dining space with breakfast bar seating, so there is plenty of room for everyone! You can reach us any time through the Airbnb app! The home's great location places it close to many top sites. Spend a breathtaking weekend in the Disney Parks, head to Celebration for fun activities, and enjoy the many scenic lakes and hiking opportunities in the area. *The clubhouse in the pictures are part of the community ammenities. We recommend renting a car, if you are able to, for your own convenience. There is plenty of free parking at the property. If you are unable to rent a vehicle, Uber and Lyft are always great options and we have found a few shuttle services that schedule pick ups and drop offs online with large shuttle buses for bigger groups. Super Shuttle is one service I found online that seemed fairly convenient and affordable. We are happy to have you at Adventure Awaits and welcome your feedback so we can continually create the BEST experience for our guests. PLEASE NOTE: Cameras outside Property For the protection of both the guests and hosts, we have two cameras posted at the entrances of the property to see who is entering/exiting. Your vacation is a priority to us! ABOUT THE SPACE: The first floor consists in living room with sofa bed, 1/2 bathroom, full kitchen, and an oversized patio with HOT TUB. The second floor has three bedrooms. One master with a king bed an a private bathroom and two other rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. In this home, every desire has been anticipated so this resort lifestyle will provide perfect memories and experiences that will last a lifetime. ABOUT WHY US: Self check in, fast WIFI, cable, gym, free parking, washer and dryer inside the home, reliable and fast communication with host, BEAUTIFUL home décor, pack and play with soft mattress, high chair, and sofa bed for extra people. Did I mentioned the HOT TUB? and many other included necessities. You will be have access to the whole house and all the amenities in the resort. This is a self check in/check out home. ABOUT THE COMMUNICATION: We are fast responders and we should answer the very same day you may have an inquire. If you have any question, feel free to ask! The Regal Oaks Resort combines an oversized pool, water slides, a convenience store, a gym, and a bar and grill restaurant. Disney is 10 minutes away and Old Town is next door. Columbia Restaurant, Bucca Di Beppo, Pei Wei, and Red Lobster are nearby. We have AVIS and Budget rental car within walking distance from the house as well as PUBLIX, 7-ELEVEN, WALLGREENS, TMOBILE, and many other stares. Hypoallergenic dogs will be considered on a case to case basis. Not to exceed 20 pounds. Only very well groomed pets. (You will be charged large deposit if we encounter flea).
