The Place Group Lodging

The Place: Group Lodging is in a mixed use area of Northwest Omaha near 90th and Blair High Rd. Our facility sleeps up to 44 people (42 beds) and is 4200 sq/ft. (16 guests included. See “other details section”) You'll have quick interstate access to anywhere in just about 20 min. Several fast food and local restaurants are close by including: Mangia Italian, AJ's Cafe, Keystone Kafe and Nebraska's own Runza. Several routes are available to go downtown or to get to Lincoln and surrounding area.

Charming Guest Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Maximum 2 guests - No guests UNDER the age of 12. A peaceful guest cottage located on the outskirts of Omaha and set on 2 acres that is shared by the owner’s 100 year old farmhouse and barn, you will relax and recharge at this charming cottage. The cottage is located down a short gravel lane shared by the owners. When it rains expect to walk through puddles. In the winter, if we have a heavy snow expect our shovels as soon as the day starts!

Relax with your guests at this spacious place to stay. Everyone is welcome. This property is so close to multiple convenience stores like QT gas station, Police station, High way 680, Welfargo Bank & ATM, Restaurants, McDonald's, Runza, CVS pharmacy, Walgreens pharmacy, Pet grooming store, Walmart grocery store, Hyvee grocery store & restaurant, Hyvee Pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, Nail shop and Barber shops. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Quiet Country House on fishing lake,close to Omaha

A tranquil country setting with a private fishing lake to enjoy. The lodge is completely independent of our home with separate entrance. Access to the lake for enjoyment including a boat and canoe (waiver required). We are in the country, but only minutes from Council Bluffs, Downtown or West Omaha. Whether you are looking for a weekend-get-away, the College World Series, Berkshire Hathaway Week, NCAA B-Ball, Olympic Trials, or work we have one of the best locations around for relaxing.

Benson Red

Enjoy a cozy guest housee in Omaha's Benson district. It's just a short walk to downtown Benson and about a 10 minute drive to popular districts like Downtown, CWS, Zoo, Blackstone, Dundee & the airport. The home features a queen sized bed and a massive en suite rainfall shower with multiple shower heads. There is also a sofa twin sleeper bed available in the living area. *10-12 minute drive to Zoo *8-10 minute drive to Old Market *6-8 minute drive to CWS *10-12 minute drive to Airport

Enjoy the home away from home with an in-law suite located in the rear of the main home. The back yard has a fire pit just off the spacious patio and deck. Enjoy the charcoal grill and bistro style seating. Plenty of outdoor seating with rocking chairs and a hammock that you can relax in. There is a play-sets and enjoy the security of a 6-foot privacy fence. We are just outside Offutt’s back gate. Within 20 minutes to Henry Doorly Zoo, Charles Schwab & Werner Park ball fields.

Shares an acre of land with the main house, built in 1892 and occupied by the owners. Although situated in the middle of the city, the unit feels secluded from its urban environment and looks out onto a garden surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowers and is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars in both the Blackstone District and Midtown Crossing.
