This newly built cottage is located in a peaceful location. Guests will have sole occupancy of the cottage. It has a great mountain view and the dark night sky reserve here. It's only 45 mins drive to Mt Cook National Park, 10 mins drive to Lake Pukaki. It is air-conditioned and provides all the necessary amenities and essentials to make your stay comfortable. Two bedrooms with a very comfy King size bed and two Single beds. A nice bathroom is completed with a waterfall-style shower head.

It is a great base to explore Tekapo, Twizel, Mount Cook , clay cliffs at Omarama and the Coastal town of Oamaru . It is also on the A20 cycle trail . My Apartment is a golfers paradise and has an outdoor eating area and Sky T V. WiFi (wireless) is provided

Views of Mt Totara. Over the golf course is Lake Aviemore, popular for boating, with many walks nearby. Hot dry summers, crisp sunny autumn & spring, cold snowy winters. Otematata's population is 200, swelling to 5000 in summer. It is on the road between Oamaru & Omarama.

The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade.
