She’s a 1976 town house with all the amenities - very sunny, private and central in New Plymouth on Devon St (1km from the CBD). It has a modern kitchen, shower, quality king size bed, 65” Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon, Disney) washing machine and a very sunny and warm large lounge. It has a conservatory which gathers all day sun and a private outdoor garden area. Close to the Coastal walkway, cafes and shops. Decorated in a mid- century theme, very relaxed and comfortable! Off street parking too

Relax with the whole family at this quiet, peaceful home to stay with plenty of off road parking. Lots of room for boat. caravan or motorhome. Very private and sheltered with a deck area to enjoy the birds and sun. One king (with ensuite ), one queen , a bedroom with a king single and single trundler that can be pushed together if needed. A studio with a double bed and single. Bathroom with shower and large bath. A sauna to relax in. Pets welcome with prior arrangement. Fully fenced section.

Taranaki Beach House - Great Sea Views

Panoramic views of sea, 1 min walk to the beach, surf, kayak, hike Mt Taranaki or bike the Coastal Walkway. 3 min to playground. Master Bedroom with ensuite upstairs. Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, TV, Netflix and free wifi. 15-20 mins from New Plymouth. 10 minutes from Airport. 40 mins from White Cliffs Walk, 15 mins to Pukekura Park Festival of the Lights. 35mins to Mt Taranaki. Some book for 1 guest and show up with 6. So we check our door camera. Please be honest.

There are two bedrooms , one with a queen bed, the second with a queen and a single bed. Also a sofa bed in a sunroom , which has heavy curtains , for privacy from the lounge It is located close to the scenic coastal walkway, Ngamotu beach & playground, Mt Paritutu, and Back Beach for walking and maybe a surf.

You will find this house a real treetop treat - no other houses in sight, but still within 5 minutes drive of the CBD. The house is nestled in a Significant Natural Area - meaning its natural bush (and bird) views all round. Settle in the spa and enjoy the bird life. We love sharing this space with you as we believe it's something special.
