Το μπαλκόνι προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα των λόφων του χωριού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία και τις φημισμένες ταβέρνες του Βουνιού.
