Onsite parking with stone steps leading to a private entrance in the backyard featuring a fire pit for relaxing under the stars. Easy access to KSU campus, Stadium, Aggieville, and Ft. Riley. As you enter the Suite on Main keyless entry door off of Main Street, you will ascend the stairway to your keyless entry door. The condo features an open concept front room with a kitchen. Other spaces are a generous size bathroom and a bedroom big enough for two queen beds. Since you are in downtown you can walk to shops, a bakery, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a bar and several eating establishments.

Tucked into a hollow on the eastern edge of Prairiewood's preserve, Cottonwood has everything you need for a getaway or overnight stay.
