Nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack this newly built Rustic Adirondack themed cabin offers the perfect mix of peace, adventure and comfort. It's a true upstate escape ideal for families, couples or friends looking to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Open floor plan with custom beams & knotty pine. Sleeps 6, 2bdr upstairs and Queen Sofa Bed downstairs. Private lake access is located 1/2 mile walk across Route 365. Kayaks & Pedal Boat included. Public boat launch is 1 mile down the Rd.

Slip & free launching. 5 bedroom house (one is loft like ) 200+ft of waterfront on one acre. City water & sewer with tankless hot water. On Lewis Point - a coveted spot on the lake for fishing w/fishing shop at the end of the street! Linens, towels, washer, dryer, internet & cable

Summer fun, ice fishing, and snowmobiling in Verona Beach. Cozy house sleeps 4 with two kayaks & two bicycles 600 ft from beach/lake. Living room converts to 2nd fully private bedroom if desired. 1/4 mile to bridge to Sylvan Beach, attractions, restaurants, Lake House Casino. 1/4 mile to Verona Beach. 5 Miles to Lewis Point Trophy Ice Fishing. 200 yards to store. Main snowmobile corridor can be reached from the cottage . No need to trailer anywhere :) Enjoy the fire pit and corn hole!

Sylvan Beach Waterfront Lake House - 1st Floor

Gorgeous waterfront, two unit, beach house! Located on a quiet, serene inlet, adjacent to the Barge Canal with access to Oneida Lake, making it perfect for boating, kayaking, and fishing. Each unit has large eat-in kitchen, equipped with large/small appliances, washer/dryer, grill, large deck, floating dock, and kayaks/life jackets for all. Included in rental are linens, towels, free Wifi, 3 large screen Samsung tv's and lounge chairs. Come relax at the Kayak Shack!

The Spencer at Verona Beach

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.
