Within 15 min driving time there is golf, Turning Stone Casino, and Vernon Downs Horse Track. Destiny Mall is 25 min drive away. We have kayak rentals, adult supervision needed.

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in CNY. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance from Sylvan Beach. All the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
