The property includes a private beach perfect for swimming, a fire pit, and a lawn big enough for games!

Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

What we love most about our cottage on Skaneateles Lake is the flat, walk out yard leading to the lake. Also unique for a home on the West side of the lake is that our view actually faces North! This means we have sun as well as shade and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Our 100 years old cottage is nestled in the woods and accessible only by crossing a footbridge. You then walk down a tree lined path that leads straight to the crystal clear waters of Skaneateles Lake! See you soon!
