Steps away from a beautiful beach, restaurants, ice cream and fine dining. There are two kayaks to take down to the waters edge and paddle around Shell Point. Close to fishing tours and canal cruising. Payton's Place has three bedrooms, two queen size beds and a full size sofa bed. The master bedroom has a deck with ocean views. Great for coffee to watch the sunrise or cocktails to watch the sunset. The house has an enclosed porch with glider to sit and chat after a long day at the beach.
