This tiny house is surrounded by forest and ponds, just out of Naples. You will have private access to a pond and 15 acres of forest. In winter you are minutes away from Bristol mountain ski resort and Hunt hollow ski resort. For cross country skiing there is Cummings nature centre down the road. This property is in a prime area with lakes to kayak or fish on, many hiking trails including Grimes Glen, and the wine routes and arts and crafts the finger lakes are known for. 2 nights minimum

Join us in our 1870s farmhouse in the heart of Canandaigua. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and the lake! Enjoy our six acres of lush landscape, walking trails and fire pit - or venture out for wine and craft beer tasting, shopping and all that the Finger Lakes Region has to offer. City living with a country feeling only 15 minutes from Bristol Mountain and 10 minutes from CMAC. Stay for one night or an entire week. Our clean and cozy guest suite has all the amenities you need.

Beautiful & quiet place. A true in-law house.

It’s a true separate in-law house in a walk out basement. It’s completely furnished & includes a living room, bathroom. laundry room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full size bed off the living room, a day bed with a twin bed and a trundle twin underneath in the living room, and 2 full size air mattresses & 3 TVs. Victor is a suburb of Rochester with many hiking trails. There are wineries, lakes, casinos, & colleges. Its approx. 20 mins from Bristol Mt & we have many theatres.

The Creek House Private Home & Scenic Grounds

The Creek House: a fully renovated 1 bdrm, 1 bath home with a full modern kitchen and large new deck situated right next to a year round babbling brook. The creek is 15 feet from the foot of the deck stairs; its sounds lull guests to sleep each night. Frogs, salamanders, crayfish, and all manner of forest life abound. The stream meanders through the mixed park like and wooded parcel ending at a 25’ wide 6’ high waterfall. Antique clawfoot tub. Water may have a sulfur smell (see below).

Cozy updated cottage within walking distance and access to a private community beach. 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bath and living space. This charming 800 sq foot home features a gas fire place to keep you cozy in the winter and an upper deck with lake view for relaxing in the warmer months. Large yard, partially fenced in, with play house for children. The storage shed houses outdoor games and wagon for the short trip (.3 miles) to the beach. 4 miles from CMAC.

Cottage in Hemlock

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Canandaigua downtown 2 bedroom

Located in the historic downtown Canandaigua, this newly renovated two bedroom, one bathroom, first floor apartment offers tranquil residential vibe along with quick easy access to roof top restaurants, shops, breweries, Canandaigua Lake, and CMAC preforming arts center are only a few minutes away. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and coffee maker. Come enjoy all that Canandaigua has to offer.

A beautiful log cabin in the woods with an incredible view, that sleeps 5. There is a queen bed downstairs, a double in loft and then a roll-away twin in living room. Located between beautiful Canandaigua, Keuka and Seneca Lakes.
