We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Enjoy the combination of modern and antique!

MaJa wellness oasis for relaxation

Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings while refreshing yourself from the summer heat in the pool. Guests have access to a wood-burning grill next to the summer kitchen, so they can carefree enjoy the whole day outside. There is an outdoor shower and toilet next to the pool. In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Children will especially enjoy the playground.

Relaxing home in Istria near seaside. It is located under Učka nature park in the quiet place of Kožljak where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hillside while having a barbecue with family and friends. The nearest walk in nature is right at your doorstep. A short hike will lead you to Kožljak castle or famous Drunken railway. The distance to the first beach Plomin luka is 6km, the tourist town of Rabac 17km and leatle peace of paradise Brseč beach is just 16km away.

Welcome to our charming apartment! We offer a total of six units, which are allocated based on availability. Two of these apartments are on the ground floor and have a terrace. The four other apartments are on the upper floor and have a balcony. The sea view varies slightly depending on the apartment, as you can see in the pictures. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring you have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Supermarket (working time: 7 - 21h), pharmacy, post office, and caffe bar are on a distance of 2,5km. First bigger town (Labin: 20 min), where you can find everything you may need.
