The house is suitable for families with children, retirees and others who want to feel comfortably. The distance from the sea (beach) is 30 m, 2 minutes by walk from the house. Capacity of the house is 5 people.

The house is located on a spacious plot of 650 square meters. It consists of two apartments separated by external stairs. Although it is only a 5-minute walk to the center of the town, it offers privacy and peace to its visitors. The house offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
