Cozy, stylish, spacious and renovated house. It is located in a quiet and very convenient location, for visiting shops (Walmart, Publix, Costco, etc.), restaurants, next to I-295, NAS JAX BASE. The beach is 30 minutes (equipment: beach chairs/towels/umbrella, beach cart, children's sand toys). The house has 4TVs, a crib, a play area for kids with toys in the living room. Free parking: garage -2 cars, driveway-4 cars. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, spices, tea and of course coffee. Welcome!

Welcome to Cedar house, located on Drs. lake in orange park Fl. Conveniently located to 295 and just 15 mins from N.A.S. Jax ,30 mins from down town Jax, and 30 mins from the shopping at St johns town center, our home has been recently remodeled in 2022 and is a cosy and relaxing escape. With brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and open floor plan and the new dock/ boat house its perfect for getting the boat on the water or relaxing with friends/family and enjoying the fishing under the Florida sun.

There are multiple restaurants/bars/outdoor cafe dining all within walking distance in either direction. The 2nd story garage apartment offers a balcony with views into Boone Park. Fully renovated in 2021 offering a full kitchen and bathroom. You have a private parking space as well.

Come and relax in the cool walls of a house located on a quiet street in the heart of the Mandarin. You will see 3 spacious bedrooms (master bedroom is king size, others are queen sizes) 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, new furniture. Everything else comes with a place near the fireplace, where you can gather. Clean and new house with amenities. Jacksonville Beach in 25 min. We allowed 2 pets. We charge $100 fee for pet.
