Our little cottage has a so much to offer! The sunsets are stunning! The memories you will take home with you, will last a lifetime. Small but lives large is the best way to describe our beauty! Full kitchen, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk in closet that provides plenty of room for your personal belongings. The full size and twin size pull out beds allow you to bring guest along. Need to work? Do it with a view or forget it and take a kayak out on the lake for some R&R.

Enjoy stunning lake views while sipping your morning coffee on the back deck. Lots of paddling options exist here on spring-fed Sand Lake. Hosts offer a paddle boat, canoe, and paddle boards for your enjoyment. Practice yoga on your own private deck, fish from the dock, or star gaze around the campfire each night. Our home is less than a mile to UFHealth at Shands and the Malcom Randall Veterans Medical Center. We are a mile to the University of Florida campus. Amazingly, also a short bike ride (1-2 miles) to Downtown Gainesville. Close to Depot Park, art studios, restaurants, music venues, and theater. Nature parks close too. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

Although the newly renovated house is fully equipped for your stay- including a full kitchen and spacious living room- the real luxury is outside. Enjoy relaxing on the large, lakeside, fully screened-in porch while firing up the grill. Spend the day swimming, fishing, and kayaking on this serene lake. Make use of our private dock! At night, gather 'round the firepit while roasting marshmallows and stargazing.

Our place is close to I 75 half way between Gainesville and Ocala and is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Spend a week or weekend in a sunny Florida on a horse farm. We have a newly renovated, spacious modular home 30mins from Gainesville (home of the Florida Gators). This immaculate and charming residence is fully furnished with four bedrooms and a large living room on owners' 40-acre horse farm.
