Welcome to Treehouse Retreat, a cozy and playful escape tucked among the pines in Bend. Designed for families and groups getaways, this spacious home balances comfort, fun, and winter adventure. Kids enjoy the private treehouse and indoor play spaces, while adults relax after snowy days. Sip hot coffee as snow dusts the trees, ski or hike nearby, then return to soak in the hot tub or gather by the fire pit. Minutes from Sunriver, Deschutes River, and Mt. Bachelor, it’s a perfect winter basecamp.

Riverfront Lodge

The house sits on an acre of land right on the Deschutes river with over 200 ft of frontage. With private dock, kayaks, canoes and a row boat, you can enjoy the river and the wonderful view. Two large decks with furniture and fire pit are great for outdoor BBQ's and just watching the wildlife. Otters, beaver, deer, ducks, geese and swans make the back yard their home. There are 6 bikes, river tubes and a ping pong table in the garage. Come and enjoy, I guarantee you will want to come back!

Immerse in nature and be as active as you choose: hiking, mountain biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, stargazing, complimentary canoes, kayaks, SUPs, snowshoeing, sledding, hammock, horseshoe and corn hole game; lakeside deck with chairs, picnic table and fire pit (shared).

Elderberry Eden - Nehalem Riverfront House

River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

Lakeview Oasis all to yourself...

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special.
