Guests have their own private entry to the apartment which is accessible via a coded front door lock. No keys are required. On arrival we look forward to welcoming you with a breakfast pack which includes locally made muesli / granola, organic milk, free range eggs, a loaf of bread and spreads. Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Private but part of the main dwelling occupied by the owners, it is at ground level with its own easy access carpark. This sunny studio is fabulously located being only 3 minutes walk away from the beach which has access to all the coastal walkways.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Murrays Bay is also just a 3-minute walk away. You are welcome to enjoy our solar heated 15m pool, hot tub, BBQ facilities and gym.
