When we drove over the bridge into Oriental to look at property, it brought on the nostalgia of when we had visited Exuma in the Bahamas; the small town feeling where local arts, festivals and personalties made it unique. A town that you could step off the front porch and stroll to the town beach or walk to dinner.

You can take the Minnesott ferry on your way to Atlantic Beach.

The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
