A lovely remodeled in-law suite in a 1920s Mission Styled home in College Park suited for 2 people with a separate entrance, private bath & a little kitchenette.The Suite looks out into a garden to offer a relaxing view. Even though you are in the Downtown area, the suite was designed to offer solitude. We are walking distance to many restaurants & only an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Orlando. The studio offers plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, etc. We are close to ORMC medical center located near downtown Orlando. The best part, is that we are only 15 min from Orlando airport!

This is small space, about 200 sq loft studio with a bed located above the bathroom, if you feel adventurous you can climb up and sleep there! It has a king size bed & will accommodate 2 adults comfortably. This in-law apartment is an addition that was built onto the back of our home. We live in the main house. The apartment is closed off from the our main house and has it's own main entrance so it is private. So, you will have the apartment all to yourselves.
