The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Cafe, take-aways & Co-op are all a short walk from the property. The Country Park is less than a mile. Within easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs.

The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.

The Loft @ Baytree House is a stylish and comfortable annex accommodation in a peaceful residential location, 2.1 miles away from Kettering Train Station.
