Located on a stretch of pedestrian-only beach, offering amenities galore - a marketplace, food court, lobby bar, putting green, exercise room, arcade, gift shop, and activities center can be accessed without ever leaving your resort! An indoor and outdoor, a lazy river, waterfalls and waterslide, and whirlpool hot tub offer an alternative to the Atlantic waters. There's also an on-site restaurant, poolside bar and grill to attend to any craving!

It is a studio apartment room on the 5th floor with 2 queen beds, FREE car parking for one car (they do NOT allow a trailer or RV), FREE Wi-Fi, pool, private access to the beach, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, towels, coffee machine, and TV. We work with self-check-in, which is very easy and comfy for our guests. There is no balcony in this unit. The complex is facing the beach; however, the room does NOT have an ocean view.

The property sits on of one of the only pedestrian beaches in Daytona Beach, Florida. You can relax and walk along the quiet shoreline, or seek out something a little louder, NASCAR racing at the Daytona International Speedway is just a short drive away. This condo is NOT pet friendly.
