Walking distance to shops, cinema, restaurants & Beach. Perfect place for a romantic getaway or midweek work place for a single person or couple. Enjoy the palms and each others company in a Peaceful home. Wake up and walk to Henry en Ted for a barista coffee. Card games, full kitchen to make a great breakfast/dinner/baking. enjoy some Bali in Papamoa. There are also good walking tracks not to far from here, up to Papamoa Hills. A perfect quiet location and a tv for movies on rainy days.

King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Located in the centre of the North Island, this Hobbit-styled accommodation offers privacy and peace. This properties entrance is on the Hauraki Cycle Trail, only 2.5 km from town. The cottage is surrounded by farm land. You will have exclusive use of this 3 bedroom country home which easily accommodates 7 people. An 11 minute drive to the sensational Wairere Falls bush walk . 17 minutes to Hobbiton Movie set . Has foam mattresses for groups up to 11 as well as a portacot. Please be aware of electric fences on driveway( but not near house surroundings )
