Our villa offers accommodation for up to 8 people with its unique mountain view, large garden, original architecture and central location. In our villa, which is 50m to river, 5 minutes away from the centre of Dalyan, you will meet palm trees and mountain views in the 500 m2 garden and pool that is entirely yours. Our villa has 30 m2 pool and sunbathing areas in our garden. With our unique architecture, we can provide both personal and common areas where you can spend time with pleasure.

After a successful 2024, we now have 3 villas for you to book. They are identically designed and are currently all available for 2025. Villa-ann 3 is ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood about 1.3km from the town centre. The villa has its own private pool and garden. Combine this with a modern and stylish fully fitted kitchen and 5 bedrooms (all En-suite) , we want you to have a wonderful holiday allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of the villa and the wonderful town of Dalyan.

Just two kilometres and a 5-minute drive to world-famous Iztuzu beach, come and experience living in a lovely home in the Gökbel. This space is semi-outdoor space, with a retractable tarp to enjoy the breeze and open space and sun, but also to close and protect in rare rainy or stormy weather. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset over the mountains, delta and lake. It is located right next to the main road, with parking right in front of the space.
