Our self-contained cottage is set within our rural, mature garden and surrounded by farmland just off State Highway 1. We are 15 minutes from the centre of Taupo with all the tourist attractions, golf courses and our beautiful lake a 10-15 minute drive away. It is a 50 minute drive to Rotorua and 90 minutes to the ski fields. Relax in our cosy cottage after exploring the beautiful Lake Taupo district or visiting for work or play. The cottage is private up from the main house with easy parking.

卡瓦卡瓦小屋

A small but special little place tucked neatly between rolling hills. Kawakawa Hut provides a simple but comfy getaway for two in a beautiful countryside. Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. Further out over surrounding farmland you can see Tongariros snow capped mountains in the distance, so sit back and enjoy. Private & self-contained, our studio is cozy when you want to stay in, and easy to come back to when you've been out sightseeing or at the Lake or hot pools. The heat pump & double glazed windows will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There's everything you need here for a great stay in our lovely town.

The guest suite is bright, sunny and great for a short stay. With blackout blinds for privacy, darkness and temperature control. A sliding door separates the bathroom from the bedroom and we provide a heater or portable fan depending on the season. The space includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, Twinings herbal tea, instant coffee, and basic tableware. Please note there are NO cooking facilities (no oven or microwave) due to the small size of the room. Barstool and table for brekkie/cuppa tea.

Our home doesn’t disappoint and we are excited to share it with the Air BnB community. A self contained wing of our home sits in a tranquil spot. A five minute drive or a stroll along the lakefront will get you into town. We’re a few minutes walk from the Botanical Gardens and the lakefront :-)

A studio unit with 1 bedroom that can be set up as 2 single beds or a double bed as guests require. Ensuite bathroom and small kitchenette. Walking distance to popular mountain bike trails, lake front, shops, and golf courses. You only need to walk out the garden gate to be on No. 2 hole of *The Village Golf Course". The "Kinloch International Golf Course" is 1.4km away. The suite is located in a quiet street and features a private courtyard for guests.

The woolshed - 宠物友好型豪华度假屋

Converted woolshed, set on a small farm of 25 hectares. We have cows and horses. We are 15 min from Taupo town. The Woolshed is separate from our home, giving you privacy during your stay. From the deck area/French doors all you will see is farmland! We are directly off SH1, down a long drive way, making this a great location for those wanting a place to stay during a road trip, but also quiet and peaceful if you want a few days away!

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided.
