Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. The cabin has beautiful views of sunrise lake. Just down a few steps and you'll be able to enjoy the shared deck dock and 60 feet of shared lake frontage, and fire sphere. Take a walk, fish, kayak, bring your ATV and hit the trails, or simply just relax by the fire and enjoy the star lit sky. You'll find yourself immersed in paradise and nature. Very popular river for tubing, kayaking, and canoeing. Close to downtown Evart. Huge yard and deck. 2 BR and 1 full bathroom. Sofa bed in living room. River access in backyard and 3 miles from public launch. This is a great winter location for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and hiking. WiFi is available with a fully furnished WFH space with ultra wide monitor and USB-C Docking Station. There are ceiling fans in the home, but no central AC or heat. Large space heaters available.
