Woodland Rental

This new rental, 70 wooded acres behind the house with a half mile two-track along Muskegon river, for walking, snowshoeing, X country skiing, & running. Tubing, canoeing and kayaking on Muskegon River, just min away. The house is just 8 mi from Bike/ATV trails/ state land. Evart: includes Osceola Fair, Dulcimer and Spring Hill camp. This home is peaceful, built 2023 sleeps 6, 3 beds & pullout couch. Added a window air conditioner, washer and dryer, and a water softener this summer. Enjoy!

Cute and Cozy Cabin (No Cleaning Fees)

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Gabriel's Cabin in the Woods

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING THIS CABIN. There is a NEW outhouse and only outdoor COLD shower facilities available at this site. About a mile into the woods of a dirt two track, Gabe's cabin offers 1 king (in the loft) and 1 twin day bed OR 3 twin beds (upon request), a love seat and rocking chair and desk. Electricity, a full kitchen, with running cold water, an electric fireplace, a fire pit, and outhouse as well as an indoor camping commode. Outdoor cold shower for summer!

Very popular river for tubing, kayaking, and canoeing. Close to downtown Evart. Huge yard and deck. 2 BR and 1 full bathroom. Sofa bed in living room. River access in backyard and 3 miles from public launch. This is a great winter location for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and hiking. WiFi is available with a fully furnished WFH space with ultra wide monitor and USB-C Docking Station. There are ceiling fans in the home, but no central AC or heat. Large space heaters available.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
