Sjarmerende og modernisert lite hus innerst i Maridalen. Perfekt for by og markaferie. 15 minutter med bil til sivilasjonen eller 20 minutters togtur til Oslo S fra Snippen stasjon 200 meter unna.Til Varingskollen Alpinsenter er det 20 minutter med tog andre veien. Nordmarkas turstier og sykkelveier starter ved dørstokken. Verten bor i nærheten og er tilgjengelig. Huset har 20 kvm grunnflate, men er effektivt utnyttet med hems, stor takhøyde og gode vindusflater. Terassen er sydvendt og solrik.

Hytta har 4 m skyvedør av glass med utsikt til terrassen, bassenget og Oslofjorden. Hytta består av to rom. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng og et kjøkken/stue med sofa. Separat baderom. Liten hytte med sjarm på Øståsen i Vikersund. 40 min gange oppover fra parkeringsplassen. Her råder det enkle liv uten strøm og vann. Veien opp er en fin tur, litt tung enkelte partier. Anbefaler å gå opp før det blir mørkt. Husk gode sko og varme klær. På toppen venter premien, flatt og fint med nydelig utsikt:) Køyeseng på kjøkkenet, sovesofa i stuen.
