Enebolig på Slemdal i Oslo fra 2023 med svært høy standard. 4 soverom (inkl. master bed room med eget bad), stor stue med kjøkken, stor kjellerstue med TV, vaskerom, 2 fullverdige bad og et toalett. Flott hage med sol hele dagen. 2 parkeringsplasser i garasje med elbillader. 6 minutter buss til Majorstua, kun 2 minutter gange til nærmeste busstopp, avgang hvert 15. minutt. Møblement avviker noe fra bilder, da boligen har vært stylet for salg. Det er dobbeltsenger på alle fire soverom

Relax with your family or friends at this charming house all to yourself. The house has two floors, with two large bedrooms, including a dedicated workspace, two bathrooms, and a large livingroom with a open concept kitchen. It also has a big terrace and a garden. 3 min walk from shopping mall. 15 min from Oslo S. There is no cable tv but a chromecast that you can stream entertainment to. You will have access to the entire house exept one storage room and the garage. (free parking by the road)

Tilkomst til solrike terrasser gjennom store skyvedører fra både stue og kjøkken. Romslig hage for lek og moro. Eiendommen har også både jacuzzi og bålpanne. Nedenfor huset er det muligheter for å bade. Det er også to SUPer tilgjengelig, samt to kajakker for deg som er glad i vannet. Sentralt plassert nær kommunikasjon til Sandvika, Oslo og Drammen.

Med bil er det 10 min til Tusenfryd og 10 min til Oslo S..

On the second floor, four bedrooms, a second living room, washing room and a bathroom with showers and bathtub is located. Spacious garden with trampoline, table tennis, lounge group and large dining table. Snooker table (2nd floor) and garden games. Football field/ice skating rink next to the property

Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.
