Her er det sol store deler av døgnet, når årstiden tillater det! :) Leiligheta har en veggseng som er 1.40 m, som slås ut fra veggen (OBS: Denne er tung!). Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.
